In House Layaway Program

Scarlett Crusade designs offers and in-house layaway program for those who would like to purchase fabric but are unable to afford full fabric cost upfront. Listed below are the rules and terms and conditions.

To be able to use the in-house layaway program you must order at least 3 yards of fabric at minimum. There will be a code setup that will allow you to take 50% off your order. This means that you will have to pay 50% of your order upfront, once the pre-order date closes, you will then be sent an invoice on PayPal with the remainder of your balance. The option to pay in partial payments will be activated on your PayPal invoice allowing you to make payments as you can over the 6-10-week period. Once your order is ready to ship, you will have to pay the remaining balance prior to your package shipping.

Please note: if you make more than one order during the pre-order timeframe and use the layaway, your invoice will be the combined total owing of all orders placed.

TAKE NOTE: This program does not apply to retail orders.

What if you cannot finish paying your balance?

If you are unable to afford the rest of your order by the time your package is ready to ship, you will have two options.

1. You will have the option for a refund of the total amount paid, we are then able to post your order for retail. 
 2. You will be given the option to use the amount of money you have paid on your order towards the yardage you originally ordered and shipping cost. Whatever yardage you choose not to take will then be listed as retail.

You will only be allowed two refunds while using the in-house program. If you use the program and are unable to pay for your order for a third time you will be offered option 2. If you continuously use the program and are unable to pay for your order more then 5 consecutive times, you will not be permitted to use the program.

Please ensure you are providing use with your PayPal email address affiliated with your PayPal account for us to be able to send you an invoice.

If at any time this program is being used inappropriately we will end the in house program.

Scarlett Crusade Design has the right to shut down the in-house layaway program, deny you the use of it or change any terms and conditions when we feel the need to.

Scarlett Crusade Design does not have access to any of your bank or credit card information. This information is kept secure with stripe, PayPal, and squarespace.com. Please refer to the terms and conditions page on the website and the file in the Facebook group for how your information is stored and secured by these companies and its affiliates.
