CANADIAN SHIPPING
If you are wanting any yardage over what will fit in the flat rate boxes, please message or email us and we can give you a custom quote.
* If you are local to Scarlett Crusade Designs, we do allow you to pickup or meetup with the owner for your order to save you on shipping. There will be a shipping option for you to choose if you are wanting to pickup*
If you are located in these areas and want more then 9 yards please ask for a custom quote.
If you are located in these areas and want more then 13 yards (10+ pounds) please ask for a custom quote.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
If you live internationally, please message us for a personalized quote, we want to try and keep it as cheap as possible for you and are willing to customize your shipping order. The rates to each international country vary on location, parcel size, weight etc. There are other forms that we need to fill out for each country for you to receive the package. So please message us on Facebook or email us for your quote and we can either add it to the site for you or invoice you on Paypal. Thank you.
USA SHIPPING
For anyone who is buying wholesale please message an admin or email us for price and shipping cost.
Those who want to order more than the allotted yardage, please email or message an admin about a quote for your package. Please make sure you are choosing the correct shipping at checkout, those who choose the wrong shipping option will have to pay the difference before the package is shipped.
If we can get your order in a PFRE, SFRB, MFRB, LFRB we will refund the difference to you!
Shipping is coming from our new hub in MOAB UTAH. The zones listed for your state is assigned by USPS with associated costs. Zones and Cost work by how CLOSE or how far AWAY you are from the state it is shipping FROM.
If you are Military and live on a base, please Message us!
Zones 1-4 are closest to Utah, zone 5-6 are second farthest away (middle of US) from Utah
Zones 7-8 are the farthest States from Utah
** Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once we have shipped. If there is a damaged parcel or issues with the package, please make a claim through the Postal company. If there is any issue with your yardage, please email us with pictures and a description of the issue. We are not responsible for delayed parcels, or extended delivery times. If the postal service is experiencing a high parcel influx or a pandemic has hit, please understand that this has to do with the postal service, and they are working as fast and safe as possible to get your parcel to you. Please expect delays during this time. Please know that Customs can also hold your package at the border or may take a while for the customs officer to get to the package depending on how many parcels they have. All of this is uncontrollable and we at Scarlett Crusade Designs are unable to do anything about these instances. Thank you**
Retail will ship out within 1-2 weeks from when the order is placed, You will be notified if it will take longer!
Pre-order will take 5-8 weeks maybe earlier to get to you from the DATE the pre-order CLOSES.
